Chang Fen (rice noodles roll) is a famous Canonese street food fromSouthern China and Hong Kong area. Commonly served either as a breakfast, snack, or aas a variety of dim sum. It is a thin crepe roll made from a wide strip of rice noodle, usuallwith shrimp,beef, vegetables or other ingredients. Here at Yin Ji, we have been using the traditional cloth pull techniques to make our chang fen since 60 yeas ago and we hopbe to bring you not only our tasty chang fen but also our culture and traditicon.

Fairly priced restaurant famous for the rice boodle rolldishes! They also serve many kinds of porridge and dimsum.
The best dish is the deep-fried dough. Freshly fried, super crispy and aromatic. It pairs with porridge perfectly.
The rice noodle roll is tender, and the sauce is well blended.
Strongly recommended.

The shrimp rice noodle roll was fresh and highly recommendedd. Equally impressive was the beef congee with raw egg; the beef was really tender, and the congee was served at just the right temperature. The staff were
friendly and accommodating, helping to customize our meal to suit our needs.

Their rice noodle rolls are really authentic. My favorite is thee oyster and egg rice noodle rolls. The rest of the food are delicious and authentic as well. I will definitely go to their restaurant again when I come to San Francisco in the future. The most important thing is that the service attitude of the staffs is very good.
